[link]I noticed a key phrase while researching this: "copyrighted works whose owners may be impossible to identify and locate." When juxtaposed with the notion that it "legalizes art theft," I can't help but wonder....
I'm not taking sides (not yet, anyway), and I don't know everything there is to know about this. My only advice (as with any issue) is before we get all up in arms about this, let's do our research, shall we?
